There. I’ve said it.
However, because I am the first home from work, I am usually the one who prepares dinner.
I’m fine with that. I’m comfortable enough cooking, and kind of enjoy it.
Last night, in an effort to avoid purchasing Rice-a-Roni, I attempted my own chicken flavored rice.
My approach was really simple. Replace water with chicken broth.
The result was a very mild chicken flavored rice. Not bad, but not as flavorful as I had hopped. So, I’m thinking about my next attempt. Any suggestions?
