Seeing as it's a new year and all, I thought I might as well make a few resolutions. Thing is, I don't want to just make a bunch of empty promises to myself that I'll end up breaking.  So, I'm going to be selective in what I resolve to do.
According to here are some of the most popular New Year's Resolutions, complete with links containing suggestions on how to obtain your goals.
I'm not ready to commit to this, but I'm thinking this year I'd like to eat better, exercise more and read more.  What do you think?  Are those good goals? Should I make them my official resolutions? What are your goals for this year?
