So, the Apple Notebook Media Event didn’t go exactly as I had hoped. I wanted an $800 aluminum MacBook and what I got was a little different. I am impressed with the changes to the MacBook Pro and MacBook lines, but they are still a little too pricey for my taste.
The new MacBook starts at $1,299.
