my e-ffair

Sometimes I can be a rotten husband. Up until last week I had not told my wife how to find my blog. I talked about it all the time when we were with our friends, but I never actually told her where it was. Really I had no legitimate reason to keep her away. It wasn’t like I was talking about her behind her back or anything like that but by ignoring her requests for the link I was hurting her just the same. It wasn’t until she creatively called my blogging an e-ffair that I realized what I was doing. I was sharing my thoughts with everyone in this little blogging community and not her. What she was longing for was communication and companionship and I was withholding it. I was being a rotten husband.
